The treatment and explanation of my car repair after only having it for less than 3 weeks. It was explained to me that a pebble from the road went thru the front grid and cause a pinhole in the radiator. Cost for
repair quoted $944.00. Asking Mr.Goodman what was my warranty going to cover. Nothing because the pebble came from the road and I was responsible. He mention that my insurance would pay for it. I explained to him that would not happen. I purchased this car on Dec 30th this incident happen on Jan 16th. Mr.Goodman made it very clear he gets paid a lot of money by Hyundai if he fix a car under warranty or not he will still get paid a lot of money. My response you get paid a lot of money to get the most out of the customer. I was upset to say the least. However my car was fixed with no thanks to him.
