I am a college student at MSU. I went to Harlan because I knew that they were a Christian company and I had read good reviews online. I called earlier in the week and got a quote on tires. I was told that they would be about $102 a piece, so I scheduled to have them put on. When I got there, they asked me if I actually wanted them on my car. DUH! Why would a college (female) student just want tires for the fun of it? As a result of them putting them on my car, my total cost for the tires was $80 more than expected. I feel like I was ripped off completely. The tires should have been put on for free, especially since I was already paying over $400 for the tires themselves. I will not be going back for any service.
