The dealership (internet manager) did great to get me in the store and worked very well till the sale was final (They were terrific on phone) . However, as soon as the deal was reached I felt a sudden change in tone. They just did not care for my needs anymore (mainly sales team and those were the only one I knew then). The finance guys are awesome though and worked with me very patiently.
I also felt there is a culture imbalance at Jimmy johnson. You might get lucky/unlucky based on who you are working with. That, in my definition, is not professional enough.
I must commend Jimmie johnson on the speed at which my purchase was handled. It was swift and no mistakes were made.
My next time: I know who to talk too now and will approach them only :). Good Luck!
