American Air Conditioning & Heating has perfected five-star customer service at every level from establishing an appointment, to confirming the appointment (on your schedule), to being on time with totally courteous, competent, genuinely friendly reps. Over a period of years, they've replaced my aging furnace and old flexible ducting with state-of-the-art devices all working perfectly. What is so impressive is that I look forward to this service experience every time because it is so very rewarding. Five-stars every time at bat! Where do you find that these days?
