I bought a motor from PTJ, and it shipped the next day from right near our shop. Through no fault of PTJ the wrong motor was shipped. It only took one call and they had a new motor on the way and the return paperwork ready for the first one. They were very friendly and professional. The best way to determine how good a company is, is to see how they handle problems. PTJ was great! I we will be buying all our motors from them.
