Ortiz Funeral home on southern blvd is the worst funeral home ever. The staff is so incompetent so rude and so misleading and when you confront them with your issue their sarcasm comes out which irritates the situation even more. They are money hungry and impossible to deal with. I will never recommend anyone to go to that place EVER.. I will be contacting BBB and DOH as you literally are scared to fall thru the holes that are on the floor when walking to view your loved one. They are not repaired just covered with a rug made in 1921.
