I would have to agree with all the negative comments..Especially about the manager Natalie. When I moved in she was not here and I felt like the property and staff were friendly and things were taken care of. Since new management the landscaping was completely neglected one year and mulch was not even put down. I spoke with the actual owner, who runs around the property pulling weeds, and she stated that because of the sealing on the blacktop that all the things could not be done..are you serious?? My rent is increased every single year in the over 3 years I have lived here and they can't landscape. This year the lawn was not mowed and allowed to get long and when it was cut it was uneven..They used to blow the cut grass from the patios and walk and that is no longer being done. The snow removal is terrible. It snowed recently and the walks have still not been done 4 days later. They do not salt, if you want want some you have to go up by the mailboxes and there might be some. I pay good money to live here and I do not feel that I should be shoveling my own walks and salting. Its very clear that money is not being spent because they are building some new units. Since those plans have been in effect they have been cutting corners around the property at our expense. Remember, these are called Luxury Apartments! Its obvious when anything gets done(like power washing) that they hire it out to the cheapest bidder and its not done properly and looks no better. They even did some painting and missed half of what really needed done\r Also, I live near the courtyard and have called and complained numerous times about the sharp plastic and long spikes sticking up around the rocks, as well as broken furniture with pieces thrown in the bushes. Amazing that Natalie acts like there is no problem in the area and even told me that its not a park. NO its not a park, its a green space to be enjoyed by the community and its dangerous. She finally sent a guy out to bang the spikes in(no imporvement) and paint the furniture and throw out the broken..they did not even replace the broken stuff. so officially there is one chair and a small bench on one side..and a chair and small table on the other..what a joke!! All this was not taken care of until my husband badly cut his foot while carrying our daughter and I had had enough!!!!\r The orchard is far better at keeping up their property and give you waste bags around the property to clean up after your pet. What a novel idea Pines!! \r The gate box was broken for over a year and every time you call to say something about it they would act like its the first they heard of it.\r The pool is dirty in the summer and disgusting with no music even playing like in years past.\r The fitness room is missing weights that have not been replaced and the sauna is not working. \r I think the most frustrating aspect of this whole complaint and experience is the rent increases. I was paying $925 for a 2 bed in 2011 and now locked in $1025 in 2013 before it was increased again in 2014.\r I have always had much luck with maintenance. They are really nice guys and usually come within a couple days for any repair. The other guys left when the new mgr took over. Wonder why?? She is not a nice person! I suggest you go to the orchard or Hilliard Grand if you want to be in this area.\r One last thing, I have seen this place change over a 3 year period. I am now a minority in my own country and I find that Indian people are not all that friendly. A hello goes very far!! more
