I had a very bad experience with this rental agency after having met with the broker in person. While the correspondence was held via phone, text, and email initially, they were very responsive and encouraging. \r

After meeting the broker in their office, I was ignored and then lied to about the apartment availability for the property I had been pursuing for 1 month. It seems that after my racial background was determined upon being met in person, I was ignored until I was told the apartment was no longer available, even though I'd had a friend inquire about the availability just hours before I'd finally received a response to my numerous attempts to contact the agent to proceed with the lease as discussed the week before. \r

I would not recommend this company as they clearly discriminate against minorities.\r
