As always your service is top shelf BUT you have a lot to do to present a place that is neat and clean for your female customers (and picky males) Perception of a business place has a lot to do with having repeat customers. Also I know oil changes are a money loser but it sets the stage for larger repairs. I sell computers with no profit but the return customer is the key. Also (and I know this is hard) but you have to reduce the time for a simple oil change. Even my wife would prefer a quick lube place. Otherwise you guys are top shelf. keep on, Keeping on
