they are honest, they don't try to rip you off or make you fix things you don't have to fix. they will look at your car to see whats wrong with it for no c harge. bad side, however- customer service is awful. whenever you go there to drop off your car for service, pick your car up, or stop in for something, you have to wait- often times up to 30 to 45 mins because they have one person who works in service & he is always out in the shop or gone instead of in the office assisting the customers, hence you walk in the door & will WAIT 20 -30-40 minutes before someone even acknowledges you. that is a huge problem. they need to put a system in place, perhaps a bell that rings out in the shop when a customer walks in.....
