Had a 10:00 appt. At 11:15, car still sitting in parking lot having not even been looked at it, for a simple oil change. Also advised them of two other issues that needed to be dealt with having already had a certified technician somewhere else tell me what was wrong with car and when I reported problems to them and told them what was wrong, I was simply told "nothing wrong with car" after having sat there for 4 hours. Note that car did not sit out in parking lot waiting on a technician instead of just going straight to oil changer, because person that had car entire time, was simply the oil changer person. more
