DON'T RENT TUXES FROM MEN'S WEARHOUSE IN MISHAWAKA!!! We ordered 9 tuxes, and 7 were wrong. The manager of the store told us that was an acceptable ratio of error. The Groom went to pick up the reorders the morning of the wedding and asked for ALL the tuxes in his party. At the church, one was missing....when we called, they informed us that since we didn't ask for it by the wearer's name, it wasn't sent. Everyone else was, but not that one. The management made excuses for every error, never apologized, and never admitted to any mistakes. We all make mistakes, just own up to it, apologize and fix it. I was told I was exaggerating the problems and all but called a liar. Great customer service! Never, never, never again!!
