I had several major items done that included a transmission fluid and filters change. There was only a charge for the filters, 1 gallon of fluid (should have been 5) and no drain plug gasket. Appears they only changed the filters but upon asking they said fluid was changed and they missed charging me for $200 of fluid that I would not have to pay. Doesn't sound right to me.
