Been using Parrish for the past 2 years after having them show up as assigned by our AHS plan. We also has similar BAD results with United Air and Temp and I would say if they are ever assigned to come to your residence don't aloow them to come, request a second company. They (United Air and Temp) sent a tech one day only to tell me the Sr. Tech would have to make a visit the next day to confirm his diagnostics. Come to find out the compressor on the unit had gone out and the Sr. Tech told AHS this was my fault and they (AHS) called me to tell me they wouldn't cover my unit. Thats when I called Parrish myself and got the second opinoin. Come to find out a MORE qualified tech from Parrish rather than the Sr. Tech at United Air and Temp disagreed with the Sr. Tech and reported his findings to AHS. At that time they covered my unit and instead of replacing my compressor they showed up with a completely new unit.\r
