as a field case manager, i appreciate the staff at la mirada. they are efficient and very helpful.\r
however, the turn around time for obtaining the dr's reports need to improve. there a window of opportunity here. perhaps, a change in the transcription service is needed. it would be nice to have the reports in 48 hrs time.
