As an older woman, I find the parking difficult and the ice along the sidewalk is treacherous. It is rare to have a human answer the phone and it seems that staff does not stay employed long. The location is under the 24th street viaduct and across from the bus station and the frontrunner train stop. The homeless shelter is jus a few blocks south and this corner seems to attract a large proportion of homeless men. I always felt insecure and unsafe when arriving or leaving in the dark. I miss the lash girl who left this salon in December. Does anyone know how to contact her? I think her name is Ashley.
