I bought the system and before it arrived I decided on another alternative. Of course the exorbitant restocking fee was deducted but that was clearly written in the agreement. My problem with them is 3 months later they started automatically billing my credit card $34.99 a month, which I hadn't caught for 3 months. I tried to contact them, leaving messages because difficult to call during their hours. No attempt to return my call and in fact they again charged me again knowing the problem. So I made concerted effort to call a live person, and they apologized saying they would send a check. Month or 2 later no check. Call again.. OK going out today. Another month... nothing. Call again.. They say easier to refund to credit card.. That was again about 2 months ago. They did stop charging me but this company is horrible.
