Great Job but lost track of my car 1/27/2014

They do a great job and I am pleased with the work. The only negative is that this is the second time the service manager, who was my point person, has lost track of where my car is. I waited an additional 15 minutes while my car sat outside of the service bay, ready to go. The service manager thought the technicians were washing my car, which they did not, and it appears, no one told him the car was ready. This is the second time, in three years, that this has happened. There appears to be a disconnect from the time the technicians are done with the car to when they tell the service manager the job is complete. more
