I wished i'd read all these before i placed my order. Its awful to know that im one of many that have had to deal with this owner. Terrible customer service. The customer is always the liar according to him. I had patches and names sewn on letterman jackets and not only were they not done on the day he said they'd be finished, the names on back were nothing I asked for. He ensured me he'd get it taken care of and it would take 2 days to get the stitching off, and that he would start on it that very day. I I called 3 days later and he said that he was too swamped and hadnt even touched them. So needless to say i asked to remove stiitching and i wanted my money back, which he didnt respond well at all. We are now having to go to small claims court because he said he'd rather do that than make it right. I will never recommend this place and if asked i will tell my story along with these others.\r
