I have been a B&B "Service Contract" customer for 20+ years and they have always provided outstanding service. Tuesday evening (1/14/14) the furnace cut off. Within 40 minutes of my call, Abraham (Service Tech and a true professional) arrived to provide after hour emergency service per the Service Contract. If you don't have a B&B Service Contract, you are making a huge mistake. He assessed the problem and hard to find parts were needed. The next morning, I spoke with Stefano (Service Manager) who spent substantial time locating the parts (manufacturer told him 2-3 weeks) Parts were shipped Tuesday; Abraham returned Wednesday afternoon and spent three hours (His labor covered under the Service Agreement) on the repair. Thank You B&B (Abraham and Stefano) for a warm home on this cold Wednesday evening. To say the least -- I Highly Endorse B&B with more than 5 stars!!! See you in the Spring... Thank You Again...
