I'm very disappointed by the lack of service at this location. The vehicle was filthy with boot marks on the seats etc. I specified that the vehicle be cleaned since we had a new baby on board. Nothing was done. The vehicle was handed to me with no washer fluid and I had to stop in the middle of the night to buy some. \r

Upon return of the rental, I discussed the vehicle condition with branch manager, Erin Boelhower who seemed uninterested in my comments. She did state that they do not have a service bay and are given only a small vac to clean the cars. She offered no assistance or concession for the condition of the vehicle. I wont be renting from this location again.
