I will never go back. The customer service I received once the alternate stylist started my hair was ok. The two hour wait To see the original stylist was unacceptable. I believe when you make an effort to be on time for an appointment, the stylist should make a point to respect your time and be on time herself. The hairstyle I was given was 1 row of French braids going back medium sized. I originally asked for two rows of French braids going to the back medium sized, and was told the cost is 120.00. when I asked why I was paying so much for 1 row (16 braids) of French braids I was told braiding starts at 150.00. But she was doing her colleague a favor. I paid the 120 and was polite when I left. I don't have a problem spending money when I feel the services given reflect it. Maybe I'm from the dinosaur age but in my mind 16 braids are only worth 60.00 and a 10$ tip.
