So I used this florist last year and had a great experience. This year no so much. I placed an order 2 days prior to my mothers birthday. The day of her birthday the driver first went to her house without calling first so no she was not home. No big deal driver left a message and made a plan with my mom to deliver her bday flowers. Well she never showed up. My mom called and they said she came and no one answered. No true bc my mom sat there by the door waiting for her to come. Also to add my mom has video as proof that driver never showed up. So I called and told them either deliver today or I want a refund. They said no more deliveries today so she said she would refund me. Well something told me to look at my account. Well they CHARGED me again. So I called and the girl Emily I spoke to said oh sorry I pushed the wrong button but I refunded both. Point being she didn't even call me and take responsibility for charging me again by giving me a phone call. I will NEVER EVER give them another penny!!!
