For the past 5 months Tenants here have been in the Dark! Because the Parks Owner's and or Management installed 30 Plus Non-Permitted Street Lights thru out the Park. Clark County Code Enforcement made the Park remove all of the Street Lights. Since that time the residents have been with out Street Lights and or Temporary Lightening.\r

Nor, has the Park Abated the tenants monthly $600.00 space rent for their failure to provide Common Area Utilities. And activity evicts any one whom objects to their illegal unethical business practices.\r

Unless you don't mind walking in the dark I would not recommend this place to any serious renters.
