I first used Capitol Carpet Inc about 12 years ago to put down new wood floors. I used them again for bedroom carpeting after that, and I have been using them ever since. Other than the one or two times that they were backed up and I had to use another company, I have always chosen them to do work on my four properties. They've probably done a total of 16 to 18 rooms worth of carpeting for me.
The other carpet companies I tried didn't get back to me right away. I continue to go back to Capitol because their installation, sales and delivery were always what they promised. The installation especially was very clean. They cleaned up after themselves and left no marks on the molding. When I've used other carpet installers I had to repaint the modeling after the installation because they marked up the moldings doing the work.
Capitol Carpet comes when they tell you they are going to come. You're not waiting around all day for them. The installers are very polite, and they clean up after themselves. They vacuum the newly installed carpet, and there is no damage to the modeling after the work is done.
