Terrible customer service, and untrustworthy management. I went in and picked out my furniture, but specifically asked for all new items from the stock room and not the display set from the floor. The display set had a small stain and I didn't know how many people had sat on it, etc. I was assured that there were plenty in the stock room and it would be no problem. So I paid and returned later that evening to pick up my furniture. It was already wrapped tight and ready to transport. After traveling home (a different town), I discovered that they'd given me the display set. I called back and asked for the manager who got VERY rude with me. He told me that set was fine and that I should be happy with it and not complaining. I expressed my frustration over the lies and paying for items I didn't actually receive. He told me that he wasn't going to honor the deal made by his sales person, but I did have 30 days to return the item at my own expense (pay over $100 delivery fee) to fix their mistake. I wasn't going to give them another dime. I told him that he'd lost out on my business- which I bet doesn't matter to him. It's just a terrible when a paying customer is penalized for their mistake.
