Terrible customer service. Set up to automatically charge the monthly payment several month ago, and then ended up getting a bill in the mail saying I haven't paid in 2 months and was charged 2 months of late fees. Call the place...no answers. Leave a voice mail...no call backs. On top of that, they're raising prices this month. I guess it's time to remove my business and just get rid of the junk!
