Avoid this company like the plague. They charged me $260 to turn off a valve to a broken line. The plumber was not all that professional, someone I would never had hired after screening. The co-owner of the company, Melissa Holmes, told me that the emergency visit was $69.99 and that she believes the additional $170 to turn off the valve and saw 2 holes in my wall was a fair price. She would not budge on the pricing and, quite frankly, she would barely listen to my concerns. As a new homeowner, I was planning on using Heckeroth for all my plumbing, heating, and electric needs--but now I will eagerly be using the services of one of their competitors. BE WARNED!
