I had Dunkley music pick up my piano for restoration in August 2013. It is now January 2014. They said they would send me an estimate of how much it would cost to restore when they got the piano. I have still not received my estimate. I have not seen any photos of restoration progress as promised. I try to call and they won't return my calls about my piano. They won't return my emails requesting information on status. I am beginning to think they took my piano and sold it to someone else and I will never see my piano again.
