First time I've been to this Apple store. Very impressed! When I entered it was packed with customers. I seen a lot of blue shirts, which were employees and was greeted within a few steps. Asked what brought me in and got me directed to the right person to check me in. As I was waiting for my appointment (which I was 20 minutes early) I was asked numerous times to make sure I was helped. Was defiantly impressed that I saw at least two managers on the floor assisting customers. Extremely pleased with my service and will definitely be going back to them for any further issues, problems or upgrades.
