I bought my first Toyota (a Camry XLE) in 2004 from Ackerman Toyota and found it to be an excellent car. I never had any service issues. I do use Ackerman's Service Department for oil changes and routine service and have nothing but high praise for them. The customer waiting area is always kept very clean, and stocked with fresh coffee,donuts and magazines. The service managers greet you immediately upon arrival, have always been friendly, cheerful and very helpful. I've even had occasion to speak to service technicians who also display the same friendly, helpful attitude and are very knowledgable.\r

Recently I had been thinking about trading in for a new Camry. I received an offer in the mail (just prior to the St. Louis Auto Show weekend) that sounded too good to be true--triple rebates, 0% financing, high trade in value. I decided to go in and see what kind of offer I could get. Four hours later, I drove home in my new 2011 Camry XLE! Tom Finder, the Sales Consultant who greeted me as I stepped out of my car, made the whole process a very pleasant and stress-free experience. I never felt pressured, and if Tom was in doubt, or didn't know the answer to any of my questions immediately, he checked and got the correct answer for me (although he does know his stuff and I didn't stump him on much!). I felt he gave me a very fair deal, explained everything very clearly and took extra steps to make sure both my husband and I understood everything and that he had disclosed every possible detail. I would definitely recommend Tom and the dealership to anyone.
