I have been using Lexington Dental Center since 2006. over my last 3 visits i received bills after my appointments that were for three time the amount that was reported to me by my insurance company. Similar to Kimberly K's situation below, i contacted their office manager after each of my appointments. i just got told that the amount i was being billed was for ""old claims"". When i asked for an itemized statement all i recieved was someone's handwritten bill on one of their billing sheets. None of which matched anything i received from my insurance company. I have since asked them to remove me from their client list and will submit a complaint to Metlife Dental, as this seem extremely fraudulent that they cannot reconsile with what the insurer has posted.
