Insurance can sometimes be a complex process and it seems that in this case we dropped the ball. We apologize for that. In regard to the payment plan you are referring to, we offer a few options in terms of financing treatment and they do vary in how they are set up. If you are not happy with the one initially proposed, we would love to work with you on determining a method that might work better.
