DO NOT PATRON THIS STORE - THE OWNER IS MENTALLY UNSTABLE! \r

I brought in a designer handbag to have the strap shortened. George, the owner, didn't seem to listen to what I wanted and didn't take any measurements or other steps to ensure he shortened it to my preferred length. The owner quoted me a VERY high price for the small amount of work required but, since I was already there, I agreed to his price. When I came back to pick up the bag, I found that the strap had not been shortened enough. I politely asked George if there was any way to make the strap shorter. In that instant, something in him snapped...he became very quiet and it literally seemed like his eyes glazed over. All of the sudden he began shouting at me to get the F@#$ out of his store! For a moment I just stared at him because I was in a state of shock - I couldn't believe what was happening. He continued to shout at me to get the F$%@ out, and yelled, ""I don't like what you're about!!"" (??). I told him that I was going to call the police if he didn't stop screaming at me, at which point he said, ""Good, call the police, and tell them you're a F@#$-ing idiot!"" He continued to shout that I was a F-ing idiot until I fled from the store. I was so scared, that I ran to the car, where my husband and baby were waiting for me. I was so shocked and terrified I was shaking. I got in the car as quickly as I could, at which point I saw that the owner had come outside looking for me. I hate to think about what might have happened if I hadn't been able to get in my car as quickly as I did. Thank goodness he didn't have any of my personal information on file, such as my name or telephone number...the guy us psychotic!! \r

As I said above, DO NOT SET FOOT IN THIS STORE - THE OWNER IS ABSOLUTELY INSANE!!
