I used Sean Stephens during a emergency custody hearing of my three kids. During that hearing he did a great job and was very thorough. A year later my ex after going thru rehab attempted to get the kids back so I retained Sean Stephens once again. All went well during the prep and hearing with the judge where Sean stated we'd write the support documents. He then disappeared from returning my phone calls and emails for nearly six months in which time my ex's lawyer wrote the documents and submitted them despite my complaint of major issues. Specifically my oldest son who I'd given her custody to enroll in school as he'd ran away to stay with her, (no rules or school requirements). He was 17 at the time with 3 months till 18 so it didn't really matter... well except her lawyer wrote in he was eligible for support till 21 despite dropping out of school prior. My son has since moved back in with me, works for me and is doing great despite the fact that I'm legally responsible to owe my ex child support as a result of this major error. This is still trying to be resolved a year later! :(
