I live within walking distance of a Ford dealership BUT they are morons and they think I'm an idiot. My 2011 Explorer was using 1 we oil for 1 miles. I knew something was wrong but the dealership service depth by where I lived said that was normal. I called Harris and got a service appt. Turned out to be a minor defect with factory installed baffle. Oil was being blown out because it was sticking open. soon I will buy a new Explorer at Harris. Then I will stop off at my local Ford and tell them I paid the price on the sticker...and why. more
