I have tried to get them to fix the floor they ruined back on 11/21/2013 and they continue to ignore me. Their movers did not come prepared to move the appliances I told them we needed to move. They didn't even have their own dollies, they used ours. My husband and I helped them move from morning to the evening and tipped them well only to discover that they calculated our move incorrectly and told us we owed close to $500 more. They had no problem emailing me to ask where the money was, but they still haven't even had my floor looked at so we can move forward to get it fixed. This is a brand new floor in our new home that we've had damaged since the moment we moved in because they weren't prepared. I wouldn't be upset if they wouldn't ignore me when I ask them when it will be looked at. I've asked for a manager to call me and I have yet to speak to one.
