Of all the websites, it was convenient for me to find a website that allowed me to upload a photo, edit it for a locket, and have it mailed to me. Other sites did not give me this option to order just a photo and set up the locket myself.
The website shopping cart could use some improvement by showing a preview of the order in the thumbnail next to the item instead of the same generic image per item.
The website could also benefit from making it easier to navigate when wishing to add multiple items to the cart. The way it is set up, it appears as if each item can only be ordered and shipped separately. Which is not the case.
