Before Mark, I had an agent whom I would ask questions about cars and insurance, but he was reluctant to help me out. I've known Mark for years. He became a State Farm Insurance in an office by my house and has been my insurance agent since.
He welcomed everyone that walked into that office and answered all my questions. He even volunteered to help me all the time. His service was very cordial, inviting, and he always takes the time to send you a thank you. I really appreciate him and his service.
