We had a busted (frozen) pipe at our rental property. Carlton called us the day before to confirm and called us again 30 minutes before to confirm on the day of the repair. He had to crawl across gravel under a deck to access the crawl space and never expressed any concern. He gave me an estimate and then went to work. His honesty was evident and he went back to check all valves inside to make sure there was no subsequent leaking. I would not hesitate to call Carlton again.
