I called this store today, around 2 pm, looking for a certain product. The manager answered (with frustration in her voice), and I asked if they had a certain product available. She raised her voice and got snippy, saying ""I have the safe open, and am counting $ right now!"" so I said ""no problem, thanks anyway."" I planned to hang up, but she then said ""its not like I can just leave the safe open and walk away to look for your product"". Again, I told her ""its ok"". At this point I wanted to hangup. Why give this rude store business, when theres a Walgreens on every corner? She made me feel like a burden. But she then said ""fine Ill go look, what the heck is it u wanted??"" so i told her, she put me on hold, came back and said they didn't have it. I said ""thanks for looking, but just to let you know, you need to be retrained on customer service skills by manager Katrina at the Kirkman/Conroy store. She's helpful and nice. Your services are poor and you are very rude."" She apologized and told me I interrupted her at the safe, and that they were about to change shift. I told her that is no excuse to not be friendly. She then raised her voice asking multiple times ""Do you accept my apology?!"" I told her no, its very easy to be friendly and she didn't sound like she meant it. I also told her to have a good day, and I hope it causes her to be nicer.
