As a manager of a large aviation production business, I am often very critical of the customer service of other businesses. If comparing Jimmy Johnson Chevy to all other dealers, they should have rated them 5 out of 5 stars. Rating them at 4 may be a little unfair. All companies have areas to improve. However, more important than my picky areas that they could improve are the areas where they hit a home run. Short bullet format: -Not pushy, very professional, listened to me when I gave my opinion on what I wanted in a car and what I want in a deal, considerate of my time, and willing to put me the customer ahead of selling another car. In the end, it worked for everyone, we bought two cars on the same day. Hard to find a company and staff that understand how to listen.
