John always does a fine job taking care of us when we bring the car in for service. My Mom also has a BMW and John is her service advisor too. We're pleased with John. What I'm not real happy about is the new process that is in place. It makes no sense for me to come to the garage, see John and then go to the front of the store and see somebody else about the paperwork. That other person had no idea what kind of work was done on my car, nor was she able to answer questions - had to go back to John for that. Here's something else to consider. For your customers who have difficulty walking, like my Mom, walking from the back of the store to the front of the store is difficult. I would ask that you reconsider this process. \r
