I have always loved Verizon's great deals and reliable service; however, this store is an immensely poor representative of the company. I ordered a phone and paid nearly $300 in the store with the promise of an overnight shipment. The associate sent the phone to the wrong address and never even bothered to verify anything with me. I noticed this error over a week later. After playing the infuriating game of ""call customer service"" and ""you need to go to the store"" I ended up making an entirely new purchase with the promise of a full refund of the ""lost"" merchandise. After yet another week or more I still did not receive my refund and got the same run around from the employees at this location. This is by far the most incompetent bunch of retards it has ever been my misfortune to engage in business with.
