They were very focused on trying to make this experience right and to my satisfaction. A few days Later Leo came out personally to my home and inspected what was missed and apologized about the delays. He understood the problem and has already made changes within the company to avoid future issues. I did get a call a day after he visited to schedule the fixes discussed, and due to the cold weather it was decided that they should be performed in warmer weather which I agreed very much with. On every day or so delay as it got colder I received a call from the installer notifying me when the temp would rise to an acceptable level. They arrived on time, and completed my repairs as promised. It was VERY apparent Leo and EBS understands that the customer is the prime focus and needs to match the work. I have since revised my rating to an A because Leo and his team did the right thing and the communication was exactly how I desired it to be. Thank you EBS for making it right!
