I went in to have my BMW checked out because a couple lights were on. I bought the car from Dick Hanna about a month ago.
Come to find out, the brake pad sensor was broken and hanging off. My Service (oil change) light was constantly on.
They could have changed my oil and benefited from the sale, but instead, they were honest, told me that the oil was recently changed and reset my reminder.
What I was astounded by, was, they didn't charge me! I tried to give them a tip to cover the time they spent on my car and they refused, saying, come back net time. How many places do you know of that still put the customer first?
They have a customer for life in me. As a person who provides services to others, it was nice to find another business who still puts customer service above everything else. Really impressed guys! Love the new location BTW.
