I was looking to purchase a new heat pump. Another company I had called out for service had told me the compressor was bad. Instead of a costly fix, it probably made sense to getting a newer unit. The tech that Atlanta Air sent out, Alex, tested the unit, determined that the capacitor was burned. The unit was up and running a few minutes later. Puron level was checked. I know eventually I will need a new unit and I'll definitely call Atlanta Air Care. Thanks, Alex.
