Not Happy - made a reservation in advance for a pick-up was told the driver would call and confirm about 15 minutes before. Never heard from driver so called office and spoke with Damond and was told he would call driver. Had to call back 3 more times and only got answering machine. No call back and no pick-up - this company left us stranded! Not First Class in my book.
