Just got ripped off by Banfield, signed up for the wellness care for my dog and you must remember the anniversary date if you don't read the fine print and call the 800 number in the contract within the first year, west coast time to California you will automatically be charged $289 for another year. We had thought when we were at the store and told the girl their we did not want to renew it was taken care of. You must call the 800 number in the contract in fine print to cancel. Then we received a phone call and when I answered it I was put on hold for three minutes and then was told I was going to be sent to a collection agency and I must pay the person on the phone $50. Very unprofessional you would think with todays technology they could email or call you to notify you. They call you and ask if you want to get your dogs groomed or remind you of an appointment. This is a scam don't get ripped off like me.
