I was pleased that I could actually schedule a time for my appt. My service advisor was available at that time. He said 45 min to look over car - and that's what it took. He explained what needed to be done and offered a rental car for the day. The rental was a huge help. Car was ready when promised. Everyone - the Enterprise service to people in the showroom and those who brought my car - were all extremely helpful and polite.\r
